If you have an event or fundraiser coming up we have poster and social media templates that you can edit online in our charity branding.
Photo consent forms
If you want to send us any photographs from a fundraiser or event, we require signed photograph consent in order to use it. You can email comms@hda.org.uk and request a digital form (we just require the names and email addresses for each form) or you can print off the last page of our paper form below.

PAVOT-HD
PAVOT-HD is a volunteer resource for people who volunteer within the Huntington's community. While it was aimed originally for those volunteering to help people be more physically active there is a whole host of valuable information about Huntington's disease that we hope you will find useful.
