Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to manage the employee journey through all stages of the work cycle from recruitment, retention, development, performance and wellness to departure and act as first point of contact for HR related queries.

The role is 35 hours per week and is hybrid role which includes a minimum of three days in our central office in Liverpool.

We are looking for someone who can lead on and support the smooth running of the HR function and the management of effective and confidential systems and processes to deliver day to day HR services. You will also play an integral part in supporting staff and inputting into strategies that focus on wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, reward and recognition, and learning and development, and ensure employees across the organisation have the skills, resilience and resources they need to carry out their work.

Volunteer Manager

We are looking for someone with strong volunteer management skills who has experience of training volunteers and of writing policies, procedures and guidance in line with data protection guidance.

The role is 35 hours per week and is home-based with travel across England and Wales and regular evening and weekend work.

As an experienced Volunteer Manager, you will work with and inspire those who volunteer for the charity. You will lead them in line with the vision, mission and values of the charity and work to fulfil the goals of our strategic plan. You will strengthen our current volunteering strands with effective governance and great communication. You will go on to develop new volunteering opportunities within the charity.
