Neither the Huntington’s Disease Association or customer will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond either party’s reasonable control.

 


International orders


We regret we cannot accept orders outside the UK via the online shop. We may be able to fulfil international orders via the telephone or email, subject to the suitability of the product for international postage and the customer covering the relevant shipping costs.

 


Payment


All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.


Delivery charges are quoted separately and the amount of delivery charge payable will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card.
Credit or debit card transactions are carried out using Blackbaud Merchant Services.

 


Product availability


All orders are subject to availability.


If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you to explain why, and we will re-credit your credit or debit card with the full amount of any sums paid for any part of the order we have not fulfilled.


If the item you have ordered is not available we may send you a similar alternative of the same price. If, on receiving a substitute item you wish to return it, please contact us on 0151 331 5444 or info@hda.org.uk to discuss and we will arrange a refund.

Despatch and delivery


After your payment has been accepted, your order will be processed and despatched within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.


We offer standard UK delivery charge of £2.50 on all orders.

Returns


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return your goods for any reason within 14 working days starting from the day after you have received the goods.


We will replace the items free of charge if defective or you have requested an alternative size or product, or if you prefer we will refund to you the price that you have paid.


We will only reimburse for postage paid on the original purchase, if the goods are faulty and do not form part of a larger order.

Your right to cancel


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You should notify us by contacting us on 0151 331 5444 or info@hda.org.uk.


Please note that the purchase price will only be repaid if you return the item to us in a re-sellable condition.

We reserve the right at any time to withdraw any items from our shop and to refuse to process a transaction for any reason and at our sole discretion.
