Every September, Tanium’s Month of Giving brings together their global teams in celebration of a charitable cause and community impact.

This year, the UK team took on a new challenge in hiking Yr Wyddfa (formerly Snowdon) in support of the Huntington’s Disease Association on Friday, 12 September 2025.

The Tanium team have taken this challenge on as part of their Month of Giving, and this year's fundraiser carries a personal meaning to the Tanium team members and their local communities.
This hike is being completed in support of their colleague, Max Gordon as to help in his tireless efforts to raise awareness of Huntington's disease. Max has fundraised for the Huntington’s Disease Association for a number of years having lost four generations of family members to the disease. He has fundraised by running marathons and completing hikes, now he will get to add on another hike that he was able to complete with a supportive team.

This year's Month of Giving carries a deeply personal meaning, and I couldn’t be more grateful, humbled and proud of the Tanium team for taking on the challenge. Huntington’s has impacted me and my family for generations and with no cure it’s set to continue that trend. Supporting this cause is a way for us to stand together - for awareness, for research, and for every family navigating this journey. - Max

The Tanium team will be using the opportunity of the fundraiser to learn about Huntington's disease during the hike as Max shares his experiences.

Hiking isn’t an everyday activity but this year we want to go above and beyond to really stretch ourselves (and our legs!) for an important cause. - Lena, Tanium

Thank you to Max and Lena and the team at Tanium for taking part in this fundraiser.
