Ordering funeral donation envelopes
Complete the form below to request donation envelopes that you can hand out to friends and family at the service. We will send you a follow up email with instructions on how you can return these to us once donations have been received.

You can also contact your Funeral Director about collecting donations in lieu of flowers, as many are happy to help with the organisation of collections in the lead up to the service and on the day.
