Join #TeamHDA for the London Summer Walk


Event information:

Get your walking shoes on and explore some of London’s hidden gems on this tour of the ‘gateway to London’ along the Thames’ eastern stretch whilst fundraising for the Huntington's Disease Association during summer 2027!

Head out from basecamp next to the grandeur of Woolwich Barracks (a short walk from Elizabeth Line, DLR, and National Rail) on a 10km, half-marathon, or marathon route. Expect sites like Greenwich Riverside, the Thames Barrier, and Tower Bridge on the full marathon route.


You will be supported by Ultra Challenge every step of the way with full route marking, regular rest stops packed with food and drink, a lively warm up and event atmosphere, and capped off with a BBQ meal, bar, and music at the finish.

  • Distance options: 10km loop, 25km, or marathon
