Anglia Ruskin University is looking for adult caregivers to create and trial a music therapy programme.
Would you like a chance to:
- make time for yourself
- potentially feel calmer with therapeutic activities such as guided relaxation to therapeutic music
- meet with other caregivers in a positive, nurturing online group
What's involved:
- You have the opportunity to access £400 of free therapy specially designed for HD family caregivers
- This will be an 8-week music therapy group (one hour, online, Monday evenings from 18 September which aims to support your wellbeing.

Are you eligible?
- 18 years or older
- Live in Wales, England or Scotland
- Unpaid caregiver for a family member with Huntington’s disease
