Suitable for adults caring for a family member with Huntington's disease. 

 

Anglia Ruskin University is looking for adult caregivers to create and trial a music therapy programme.

 

Would you like a chance to:

  • make time for yourself
  • potentially feel calmer with therapeutic activities such as guided relaxation to therapeutic music
  • meet with other caregivers in a positive, nurturing online group

What's involved:

  • You have the opportunity to access £400 of free therapy specially designed for HD family caregivers
  • This will be an 8-week music therapy group (one hour, online, Monday evenings from 18 September which aims to support your  wellbeing.

Questionnaires and short interviews to find out about your life experience and feelings regarding the group
 

Are you eligible?

  • 18 years or older
  • Live in Wales, England or Scotland
  • Unpaid caregiver for a family member with Huntington’s disease
