Wellbeing is important for everyone, regardless of whether you have Huntington’s disease or not.

Following on from our first online adults event held in December 2023, we are pleased to confirm our next event in the series.

We will be continuing with our wellbeing focus and are pleased that Dr Sarah Gunn will be joining us. Sarah is a clinical psychologist with expertise in supporting people affected by Huntington’s disease – including people who have Huntington's, people who are gene positive, and family members.

At this session, she will be discussing some of the challenges to psychological wellbeing that Huntington's brings, and helping you to think about protecting and improving your own mental health.

The session will also include plenty of time for questions, discussion and peer support.

They will be held quarterly and are aimed at young adults ages 18 to 40.
