This one-hour webinar will be led by highly experienced Speech and Language Therapists Erin Probert and Sarah Roberts, who both worked with us to produce our upcoming Speech and Language Therapy guidelines.
The session is for professionals, and will explore key areas, such as assessment and intervention, and important considerations related to swallowing and communication impairments across the different stages of Huntington’s disease.

Erin Probert is a Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, London. She has special interests in living well with complex neuro-disability, and legal and ethical issues in dysphagia management. She has extensive experience of working with people with Huntington’s disease in a specialist inpatient setting, supporting them with communication, swallowing and decision making.
Sarah Roberts is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist working in the NHS, with a special interest in progressive neurological conditions. Sarah has been working with adults with neurological conditions for the past 10 years, during which time she has worked across both inpatient and community settings. Sarah is committed to delivering person-centred care, helping individuals manage complex communication and swallowing needs to maximise quality of life.
