A free event for young people aged 8–25 affected by Huntington’s disease, run by the Huntington’s Disease Association Youth Engagement Service (HDYES) in Hampshire, with the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Branch.

HDYES provides specialist, youth-focused support for children and young people from families affected by Huntington’s disease, working alongside healthcare professionals, families, and schools across the UK.

All HDYES events are delivered by trained staff and follow the Huntington’s Disease Association’s safeguarding and wellbeing policies. Activities are designed to be inclusive, age-appropriate, and supportive of young people.

Jack Crockford - Youth Worker

Jack is a Youth Worker with the Huntington’s Disease Youth Engagement Service (HDYES). He has extensive experience supporting children and young people affected by Huntington’s disease, delivering safe, inclusive activities and providing emotional and practical support to families.

Eve Payler - Specialist Huntington's Disease Adviser

Eve is one of the Specialist Huntington's Disease Advisers at the Huntington's Disease Association. She will be available to share her knowledge on the disease and the support services we offer.
