The focus of Narrative Therapy in this group is to participate in a creative activity that explores identity through values, beliefs, and support systems.

Narrative Therapy aims to enable us to make connections to our external lives which will be sustainable in our everyday lives.

We welcome Mariangels Ferrer Duch, a Clinical Psychologist trained in Narrative Therapy who will be facilitating a three-hour Narrative Therapy session, co-hosted with Anna Holmes and Lindsey Hughes, Specialist Advisers working within the Huntington’s Disease Association.

The group will be for up to 20 family carers who are caring for someone with Huntington's disease in their family. We would like to ask that you have a quiet space, which is free from interruptions when attending the session.

You will be welcome to say as little or as much as you wish in relation to the condition itself and about yourself, the focus being upon the many small things that are important to us in life which can often be overlooked in times of stress. We hope the conversation will help to mutually inspire us all.

Places will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
