What improvements are needed to the care offered to people living with Huntington's disease?

Sandra Bartolomeu-Pires is a clinical nurse researcher who is has secured funding to undertake research to develop a model of integrated care (Integrate HD) for people with Huntington's disease and other neurological conditions.

In this webinar, Sandra will present the Integrate-HD results with an interactive approach. Let's see how much of Integrate-HD resonates or differs from your experience, either as a person impacted by Huntington's disease or as a professional caring for people affected.

Sandra says:
I look forward to sharing my research findings with you and to discuss ways to improve care for people living with Huntington's Disease. My aim is to develop an intervention that improves joined-up care for families living with Huntington’s, identifying what works well, but also identifying which are the obstacles to change, and how to go about tackling them. This is what I call a model suited for the "real world.
Sandra invites you to join the discussion in this webinar.
