This free event is for Huntington's disease carers to meet, share experiences, and prioritise their wellbeing


Caring for a loved one can be isolating. This event is open to family members and friends who are caring for someone with Huntington’s and focuses on supporting carers to build connections and prioritise their own wellbeing.

The day will include:

  • A choice between a wellbeing walk or a craft and chat session
  • A discussion on finding calm and connection in everyday life
  • A talk from a professional speaker on connecting with what matters to you
  • A mindfulness and gentle relaxation session
