Walking is immensely beneficial for your physical health, and many people walk to improve their mental health, but when done mindfully, it can have a far greater impact across your life, helping you to de-stress and reduce anxiety.

On 29 May, Fay from Fat Frog Yoga and Mindfulness will take us through:

  • What mindfulness is
  • How you can walk mindfully by finding a way that works best for you
  • A short, grounding practice that you can use while walking or while still

Fay is the founder of Fat Frog Yoga and Mindfulness and will be leading this session. Fay specialises in adaptive and accessible yoga and mindfulness, helping you to maintain and improve mobility and flexibility while promoting better mental health.
