A family-centred approach to talking about Huntington's disease.

LOHA Health is an organisation supporting parents to help their children manage their mental health through human and digital resources. We are offering families the opportunity to get involved in a Huntington's specific course with LOHA.

The course is completed as a whole family enabling healthy and productive conversations about emotions. It is designed to provide you with tools and techniques that help children to manage their emotional wellbeing. These therapeutic skills help children to foster healthy relationships with you, their siblings, peers, and teachers.

The program can be completed as and when the family wants to throughout the week. Parents lead on the activities provided and each activity takes around 45 minutes to complete. Each week there is also a group call with a therapeutic coach to debrief and explore what worked well with the activities.
