Join #TeamHDA for the Thames Path challenge and choose to walk, jog, or run England's greatest river.


Event information

You will all start this challenge at Putney Bridge, and the full 100km route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line.

Sign up as an individual or as a team; you’ll get full support all the way from the Action Challenge crew, plenty of food and drink, optional camping and transfers, a special medal, T shirt and celebration finish.

With 50km, 25km & Henley 10km options also available – there’s a Thames Path Challenge for everyone!
