The Huntington's Disease Association would like to welcome any professionals working in mental health teams and related areas to join us for a study day on Huntington's disease and mental health.


Join us as our speakers provide better understanding and support for people with Huntington's experiencing mental health problems. On the day, they will unravel the following:

  • What kind of mental health issues might someone with Huntington's disease experience? 

  • How do questions of communication and cognition relate to supporting mental health in Huntington's disease? 

  • What about mental capacity in Huntington's disease?

  • What does good mental health support for people with Huntington's disease look like in both community and residential settings? 

  • How do we offer psychological support for people with Huntington's disease?

This event takes place online.

The cost of attendance is £10 per person, and the funds go directly back to supporting those affected by Huntington's disease.
