Join us for the Huntington’s Disease Association’s annual Community Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This event brings together individuals, families, and professionals from the Huntington’s community to hear from expert speakers, share experiences, and learn more about care, support, and research.

For 2026, we will be returning to the beautiful Crewe Hall.
