This digital wellbeing box has been created just for you. It’s full of ideas that can help you look after your mental health.

Mood boosters

Staying grounded

Coping strategies
Living in a family affected by Huntington’s disease can bring a mix of feelings and challenges. Whether you're feeling stressed, sad, confused or just need a break, looking after your mental wellbeing matters.
We’ve created this digital wellbeing toolkit for you, a space full of practical, simple ideas to help boost your mood, stay grounded, and cope when things feel tough. The idea is for these resources to help give you a boost of happiness, feel more in control and less overwhelmed when you are having a difficult day.
You can use these tools any time. There’s no right or wrong way to explore the wellbeing box, just choose the things that feel helpful to you right now. Try one section, or all three. You can keep coming back whenever you need to.
By young people for young people
The concept behind the wellbeing box came from our young people for our young people. Our HD Youth Voice group came up with the idea and contributed tips and ideas that help them when they are struggling. If you have a mood booster, grounding technique or coping strategy that you do and that you feel may benefit other people like you, please get in touch.
You’re not alone.
