How we can help you.
HDYES is a confidential service for anyone aged 8-25 with Juvenile Huntington's disease or living in a family affected by Huntington's disease (including extended family such as a cousin or grandparent). If you are under 18 and wish to use the service then you will need a parent or guardian to refer you.

Huntington's disease passport
The Huntington's disease passport was created by young people for young people. The passport allows you to explain how Huntington's affects your child and what can help you when theyre in school. Your child can fill this in themselves, with your help or with the help of their HDYES youth worker. This will allow others understand what they might be going through and how they can help to support them better. We have also created a teacher's guide that you can give to anyone at school, which explains Huntington's disease in more detail. You can download and print or fill out this digital version
