National Huntington's awareness campaign 'Family Matters' needs your input!
As part of the new national awareness campaign 'Family Matters', the Huntington’s Disease Alliance UK and Ireland are carrying out a community survey all about your experiences of Huntington's disease. The results of this survey will help us raise awareness of Huntington's disease for awareness month in May.
Why complete the survey?
In order for us to tell a clear story about Huntington's disease, we need genuine input. The results of this survey will aid our campaign by providing important statistics, experiences and opinions on living with Huntington's disease. The data will be used to help share a story with the media about the support those living with Huntington’s need while being of use to us within the community. Your contribution will help us raise awareness of the disease not only in England but in Wales, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland!
Who can take the survey?
The survey is completely anonymous and open to all who have direct experience of Huntington’s disease. Whether you have a diagnosis or gene-positive test yourself, if you're at risk, care for a loved one with Huntington’s or have somebody in your family who has the disease, even if you have tested negative yourself. We want to hear from you all and everyone in between.
