We have teamed up with Amanda Turner Yoga to bring you a selection of instructional yoga videos. In these videos, Amanda guides you through a series of postures, breathing techniques and meditation to aid relaxation and exercise the body. Each session is aimed at people of all abilities and includes chair yoga, yoga for the spine and hips and restorative practice.
