#HD8000 – Fundraise for the 8000

Around 8000 people in the UK have Huntington's disease with a further 32000 estimated at high risk of inheriting it.

#HD8000 is a fundraising initiative aimed at raising funds for our work, ensuring we can continue to make a difference to people affected by Huntington’s disease. Throughout the year we’re asking everyone to support #HD8000 by getting involved in different and exciting challenges.

August's challenge - #HDBike

#HDBike returns for the second year after our #HD8000 launch in 2021. We are looking for cyclists to help us cover 8,000km in August!

Join #TeamHDA and #GetOnYourBike4HD this August to support the 8,000 people living with Huntington's disease.

Every kilometre you cover in August will help us to make a difference to the lives of people living with Huntington's disease. You can challenge yourself to commute to work every day by bike, get on your static bike at home or in the gym or explore your local area by bike - whatever you plan to do in August do it by bike and help raise funds for our work.
