The Huntington's Disease Association is delighted to welcome Alex Fisher, a Senior Occupational Therapist specialising in working with people with Huntington's disease, for this webinar on mental capacity.
The ability to make informed decisions about our lives is something we can take for granted. However sometimes when people have Huntington's disease, this ability can be impacted by the neurological changes that are taking place. Assessing mental capacity to make certain decisions, when someone has Huntington's disease, can be difficult.
In this webinar, Alex will guide us through some of the key issues affecting capacity in Huntington's disease. This session is aimed both at people living in families affected by Huntington's disease and professionals working with people with Huntington's disease.
This event is part of #HuntingtonsInMind - our campaign for Huntington's disease awareness month this May.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
