Membership
Membership of the HDA is open to sufferers, carers, families and anyone who wants to learn more about Huntington's disease and would like to make a difference. There is no membership subscription fee but all donations are very much appreciated.
Your name and details will be added to our membership database. You then will receive our twice-yearly newsletter, updates and any other relevant information. Once you have been a listed member for six months you can become a voting member, eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting of the HDA.
To join the HDA simply download and print out our Membership Form (44k) then complete your personal details and send to: Huntington's Disease Association, Neurosupport Centre, Liverpool, L3 8LR. Membership forms are also available from this address or phone 0151 298 3298 or email: info@hda.org.uk
Professional Membership
Professional Membership is open to professionals working in areas such as:
- medical
- nursing
- social work
- residential or daycare
- publicity
- legal or financial
Professional Membership costs just £10 a year, or £50 for life membership to gain further knowledge and understanding about Huntington's disease; receive newsletters and regular updates; receive information on seminars and conferences; receive the latest update on research into HD.

- The HDA Membership Forms are available online in PDF format. To download, view and print out the forms you will require a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Acrobat Reader is available for free and can be downloaded from the Adobe web site.
